As a Support Executive at Bodia you will manage user chats, handle customer accounts, resolve queries over chat and call, and keep our customers happy. Hybrid work - a mix of our Gandhi Nagar office and remote. 10-hour duty.
This is a Full-time position in our Support team, based in Gandhi Nagar, Berhampur, Odisha. Berhampur (also spelt Brahmapur) is Bodia’s home city, and this role supports customers ordering across Gandhi Nagar, Courtpeta, Aska Road, Gate Bazaar and the wider Ganjam district.
This role pays ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month, paid monthly. We are hiring 2 people for this role.
Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Experience: Fresher / 0-2 years. Candidates from Berhampur, Brahmapur and nearby areas of Ganjam district are welcome to apply.
